- This notice is issued to obtain interested parties qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602. This requirement is for Spinning Bikes at Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide for all supplies, transportation, and labor requirements for Spinning Bikes. All responsible sources may respond to this issuance. The North American Industry Code is 423910, and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Interested parties must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. The requirement is: 1) Spinning Bikes. Must also provide a military spin certification class at Bellamy Fitness Center.
