- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to enter into a contract with ERDAS, Inc., 5051 Peachtree Corners Circle, Suite 100, Norcross, GA 30092. for the purchase of annual Software Maintenance for 22 Separate Licenses. These Licenses are proprietary to ERDAS, Inc. The period of performance is from 1 July 2009 through 30 June 2010. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitation shall be issued other than this notice. Proposal submissions including technical specifications and cost are due NLT close of business, 28 April 2009. All offerors interested in submitting must fax their proposals with details to Eileen Broady, Fax 256-313-7660 or email proposals to dibroec@msic.dia.mil. Faxed or email proposals will be accepted.
