- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a firm fixed-price contract for continued support and development of the Upper Colorado Region's Hydrologic Database. This contract is intended to end approximately 12 months from the date of award. Solicitation No. 09SP400091 will be issued on or about April 21, 2009, and will be available for downloading directly from the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The date for receipt of quotes is May 4, 2009. This solicitation will be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded on or about May 11, 2009. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is: 541519; the small business size standard is $25 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. Award will be made primarily on technical merit. Technical experience and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important that price. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
