- Description
- The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Cavalier, North Dakota that will be expiring. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 5,507 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space and 24 parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 4,895 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for 5 year term with one 5 year renewal option. The space must be available for occupancy December 1, 2009. The delineated area is within an area bounded on the North by 96th Street NE; on the East by 142nd Ave NE; on the South by 94th Street NE; on the West by 140th Ave NE.
