Preaward Package Terms And Conditions Issue 8 Solicitation 301-142-09 Highway Contract Route originating out of the SAVANNAH Processing &Distribution Facility, GA. HCR #299L0 SAVANNAH P&DF, GA – BRUNSON, SC * Estimated Annual hours: 1,894 ** Estimated Annual miles: 40,732.60 ** The number of vehicles stated in the solicitation is an estimate of the minimum number required to perform the service. Offerers must calculate for themselves the number of units required to maintain an ON-TIME operation. *Trips must leave the origin office ON-TIME. **I - 24’ Straight Truck “1200 cubes. Must have E-track. Include fuel in offer. *Terms & Conditions, Issue 8, effective 2/27/2009 applies. Wage Determination # 54 effective 2/06/2009 applies. *Bid “Without Fuel” on Line 6. Supplier will be required to submit their estimated annual fuel gallons to perform service which will be included in the contract. After the closing date of the auction, the offer and the fuel gallons (Line 6) will be used to determine the winning bid. No adjustments to fuel gallons will be made during this contract term.
