- This project consists of Level 3 Road Maintenance on 68.8 miles of road in the Pike National Forest east of Woodland Park, Colorado. The project includes cleaning all drainage structures; mobilization between roads; removal of obstructions; clearing, removing or repairing slides and slumps; blading and shaping traveled way; maintaining the crown, inslope or outslope of the traveled way, shoulders, drainage dips, drainage ditches, lead-off ditches, berms, turnouts, approach to road intersections; and cleaning of bridge decks on FR300 Rampart Range Road four different times from May to September. The estimated starting date for this contract is May 20, 2009. Estimated dollar value of this contract is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.000. The solicitation will be set aside for small businesses. The small business size standard for this type of work (NAICS Code 237990) is $33.5 million. The full solicitation will be available on the FedBizOpps website May 1, 2009.
