- Pre-Solicitation Notice/Market Survey This a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE/MARKET SURVEY for Solicitation 6FLS-K2-090407-N, FSC 8010 – Miscellaneous Items. The solicitation is scheduled to issue on or about August 1, 2009. This acquisition is a competitive negotiation/firm fixed 2-year stock requirements contract with economic price adjustment with three 1-year options. There are 18 NSNs on the solicitation.
