- Performance Work Statement for Military Child Education Consultant DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE HEADQUARTERS 9th MISSION SUPPORT GROUP (ACC) BEALE AFB, CALIFORNIA REQUEST FOR QUOTE Military Child Education Consultant 1. The following Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued for the item identified on page two. This requirement will be set-aside for a small business. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be considered for award. 2. Offeror can register at http://www.ccr.gov. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 611710. Standard Industry Code is 8748. The size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, for this procurement is $7.0 Mil. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quote.
