- This pre-solicitation notice is for the Training Support Center services, Fort Dix, NJ. The award will be a fixed price type contract with a base period and three 12-month option periods and is subject to availability of funds. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, supervision, and appliances to complete and perform all operations as specified in the Performance Work Statement. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, Direction and Control; Visual Information Services; Equipment Loan Facility Services; and Maintenance and Repair Services. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561210, Facilities Support Services, size standard of $35.5 Million. Prospective Contractors must be a Small Business, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about 20 May 2009 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
