- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Buffalo, N.Y. The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 14,457 rentable square feet of office and related use space in Buffalo, NY within the following delineated area: North: Tupper Street South: I-190 East: Michigan Avenue West: Elmwood Avenue The space should yield a minimum of 12,571 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet and a maximum of 13,200 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet and must be divided into two separate blocks; with their separate square footages being approximately 7,700 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet and 4,871 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, cancelable after five (5) years on 90 days written notice. The proposed Lease shall be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Five (5) surface parking spaces and eleven (11) secure inside parking spaces are required.
