- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Federal Protective Service has a requirement to procure two (2) large and four (4) small Mobile Command Vehicles (MCV). These vehicles will be deployed throughout the continental US. This procurement will be processed under Full and Open Competition. The applicable NAICS code is 336120. The basis for award of the resultant contract will be on the Best Value to the Government as established by the tradeoff process evaluation approach, cost and non-cost factors considered. The anticipated release date for the RFQ is ESTIMATED to be May 8, 2009.
