- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is H92244-09-T-0180. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) has a requirement to procure Helmet mount systems. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-31 effective 20 April 2009 and FAC 2005-32 effective 31 March 2009. This procurement is small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 315299 with a standard business size of 500 employees. The Defense Priority and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this procurement is DO-C9. This procurement is a brand name (Ops-Core) or equal, if quoting equal please submit specifications with your quote. Section B Schedule of Supplies and Services CLIN 0001 - Fast Non-Ballistic Bump Helmet (Part Number: 59-99-149), Size: Large (56-59 CM head circumference, Material: Graphite, Color: Multi Cam, Qty: 35 ea. to include bracket with integrated breakaway base (Wilcox Part Number: 28300G05B-B). CLIN 0002 - Fast Non-Ballistic Bump Helmet (Part Number 59-99-159), Size: X-Large (59-62 CM head circumference, Material: Graphite, Color: Multi Cam, Qty: 65 ea. to include bracket with integrated breakaway base (Wilcox Part Number: 28300G05B-B). The following features are required for the shells: Vented carbon fiber bump shell with tan DG2 IR texture finish Three hole NVG mount holes pre-drilled. Top and back velcro surface patches (tan) Standard top and side EPP Impact/SLRF comfort pads Dial-Loc adjustable fitband with replaceable front and nape novasuede pads.
