- The FISCN Contracts Dept, Phila Div is purchasing Patient Satisfaction Survey Services for BUMED using FAR Part 15 procedures. These services require the perspective contractor to receive electronic data from the government's Composite Health Care System (CHCS) database for the purpose of contacting patients to determine their degree of satisfaction with the medical services received. Surveys shall be conducted via mail, web and Interactive Voice Response. Award of a firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated with a base lot running from September 28, 2009 through September 27, 2010 plus 4 one-year options. All firms are welcomed to submit proposals. The solicitation will appear on the Navy Electronic Commerce website; an amendment to this synopsis shall be issued to announce the solicitation number.
