Description
*The purpose of this Amendment is to modify the delineated area, specifically the western boundary, as noted below; and specify a 20-foot setback requirement. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease 51,000 rentable square feet yielding approximately 47,500 ANSI/BOMA area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Orlando, Florida, and as further delineated below. A minimum of 242 surface parking spaces are required. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety and handicapped accessibility and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must be ready for occupancy by October 15, 2010. The building must meet at least a 20-foot setback requirement. A building that allows the Government to have sole occupancy is preferred. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: W. Oakridge Rd. & Hoffner Ave. South: Central Florida Greenway East: Narcoosee Road West: St. John Young Pkwy.
