- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Pub,L. 111-5, the Government posts this special notice of intent to issue a Work Assignment under an established, competitively awarded, Cost Plus Fixed-Fee Contract (EP-W-07-054, Work Assignment B2-10). The contractor is Environmental Management Support, Inc. The purpose of this Work Assignment is to obligate $76,169.00 for Support for the Brownfields Economic Stimulus and Grants Process. The period of performance for this work is from 04/13/09 to 06/30/09. The work is to provide support to the Office of Brownfields and Land Revitilization's Economic Stimulus (ES) grant proposal review and selection processes, including the selection processes for ES Assessment, Revolving loan fund, and Cleanup (ARC) grants; ES job training grants; and ES supplemental revolving loan fund grants. We will follow the detailed Standard Operating Procedures that have been prepared for our past support to the ARC and job training grant selection processes, with modifications as directed by OBLR to meet ES requirements.
