- Contracting Office Address: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, ASC - Aeronautical Systems Center, 2275 D Street, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, 45433-7228. -Description:Air Force Materiel Command, Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright Patterson AFB OH, intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price contract for UPS maintenance renewal support and service for NASIC in accordance with the format in Subpart 15.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. -This is a request for complete competitive proposals for CLIN 0001-0059. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to su! pport their ability to provide timely and effective services and a detailed itemized quote within three (3) days of this publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. - Line items are as follows: CLIN 0001-0054 RENEWAL MAINTENANCE SUPPORT AND SERVICE, CLIN 0055-0059 EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE HOURS, PARTS (est) & TRAVEL (est). -The government estimate is as follows: LABOR/HOURS: $5560, SPARE PARTS: $8000, TRAVEL: $1000. - Please see the attached Bill of Materials for the products requested. -Please resubmit complete quote including your CLIN 0001-0054 information so that your entire quote packet can be updated and kept together. Offeror must quote on all items or none. -Please provide 2 totals: Total of CLIN 0001-0054 and Total of 0055-0059. Include your company name on the top of each page and page numbers. -For the ease of reviewing all quotes, use the B! ill of Materials document to enter your quote. Keep all the part numbers in the same order as listed. -Offeror must quote on all items or none. -Discounts are encouraged. -Please fully address every requirement listed in the SOW which is contained in the Bill of Materials document, starting on page 5. -Responses will be evaluated on completeness of pricing quote and a thorough assessment of your responses to the SOW in determining technical acceptability. -Delivery and service at: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. - Howard E. Marks Jr., Chief, ASC/AE, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, 45433, has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Existence of the Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer. Accordingly, the Ombudsman does not participate in the preparation of solicitations!, the evaluation of proposals or the source selection process and, therefore, for routine matters on individual solicitations, please contact the buyer at the telephone number listed herein.
