- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS A PROPOSED FOLLOW-ON TASK ORDER TO AN EXISTING FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE MISSION ORIENTED BUSINESS INTEGRATED SERVICES (MOBIS) CONTRACT WITH SIGNET PARTNERS, GS-10F-0083J, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO UPDATE THE ORIGINAL MASTER SITE PLAN STUDY FOR FEDERAL CENTER SOUTH CAMPUS, SEATTLE, WASHINGTON. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CURRENT SCHEDULE CONTRACT HOLDER. This is not a request for quotations. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain an updated master site plan for the 40-acre FCS campus prior to July 1, 2009. The task order is being made against Signet Partners fixed priced MOBIS Schedule contract and is a follow-on requirement to update the master site plan study developed under the original task order that was competed amongst eligible Schedule contract holders. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 541618, Product Supply Code (PSC) of R499.
