- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Spherical-Tipped Superbolt, ATI P/N 2003-42-001-A01; quantity 94 each; and 2) Universal Wing Actuator Tools P/N 19990004-3 rev. E; quantity 15. This requirement is sole sourced to Archer Technologies International, 45308 Hardesty Road, Shawnee, OK 74801 due to proprietary data. Archer Technologies owns the proprietary, level III technical date package for the Superbolt, USAF SEEK Eagle Certification. Any firms believing that they can provide these specific bolts may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the bolt.
