Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN BROWNSVILLE, TX The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,500 Rentable Square Feet in Brownsville, TX. The space must yield 6,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. A minimum of thirty (30) structured parking spaces are required at no cost or reasonable commercials rates on the offered space. Public transportation is required within two blocks of the space. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: City Limits of Brownsville, TX. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2010. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
