- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with provisions and clauses applicable through October 1, 2009. Supplies/services requested: 1) Access to a database that can provide consolidated and/or unconsolidated financial statements for multiple years, merger and acquisition information, key financial ratios, and peer financial information for different types of financial institutions worldwide; 2) Provide statistical analysis and graphics and the capability to design custom reports on individual or groups of financial institutions; 3) Price should be for a three (3) year period, with each year's price broken out separately. Price quotes shall be submitted to Mr. Randall Kindle, USAID, Room 7.10-31, RRB, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20523. A copy of Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items must be provided pursuant to FAR 52.212-3. Evaluation criteria: Best value to the US Government. End of synopsis/solicitation.
