- Sole Source letter explaining why the requirement is a sole source. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3519064AC01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, Defense DCN 20080812, and AFAC 2008-0605. This acquisition will be 100% total small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290. The business size standard is 750 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5810. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3663. Travis AFB intends to award Sole Source the below line items to Plant CML. The purpose is for the installation and equipment necessary to facilitate the interface between the Public E-911 trunks to the MSL-100/CS2100 using standard Primary Rate Interface (PRI) Trunking.
