- TERMS AND CONDITIONS PARTS LIST (pdf) SF1449 Numerous aircraft and airframe component/spare parts of various part numbers and quantities for the U.S. Coast Guard HH65 aircraft. There 241 line items included in this requirement. A complete list including quantities, nomenclature and part numbers will be made available to you upon written request. Indefinite delivery-Indefinite quantity commercial contract contemplated for a base year plus two one-year option periods. The applicable North Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement is unrestricted. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price. Delivery to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001 desired within 280 days after receipt of order and required within 680 days after receipt of order. Drawings and data are not available from the Coast Guard and will not be furnished as part of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. All responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation, in writing, no later than April 27, 2009. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Only written and/or telefax requests will be honored.
