- Performance Work Statement (PWS) for North East This requirement is a Small Business Set a Side for office furniture to be used at Air Force Reserve Command Operating Locations in the North East Geographic Zone. This includes offices in District of Columbia (DC), Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, Virginia, Delaware, New York and Pennsylvania. The requirement calls for GRADE 1 only wood executive office furniture, medium cherry finish. This will be for offices that are in need of complete refurnishing only. The resulting contract will be a Requirements contract. This requirement will be for a basic year plus four one year options. Award will be made for all or none.
