- This acquisition is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for the Gravity Roller Conveyer; P/N: 545-001; NSN: 3910-00-405-3453CT, which is a High Line Dock. It is a key piece of non-powered Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) used to enhance the rapid movement of palletized cargo. Material: Steel Qty: 6 EA Delivery schedule: 160 Days ARO. Destination: Multiple shipping locations are involved. Technical data is not available for this acquisition. The RFQ is being used on a Sole Source basis to the Lite Cart Corporation (CAGE Code: 54924) due to the lack of technical data package for this item. Authority of 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See numbered note 22. The approximate issue date of solicitation is 20 April 2009 with approximate response date of 20 May 2009. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, proposal, or bid which shall be considered by the agency. The RFQ will not be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
