Total Quantity with option is 6000. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The end application is DGAR. This buy is UNRESTRICTED and DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Contractors are expected to complete the entire solicitation package and submit to the bid office for processing.
