- The purpose of this amendment is to announce the issuance of Amendment 2 to the solicitation for the Scientific, Engineering, Response& Analytical Services (SERAS) requirement. This amendment notifies all potential offerors that the proposal due date has changed from April 21, 2009 to April 30, 2009. All written (hard copy and electronic) submissions (technical proposal, cost proposal, plans, etc.) are due for PR-HQ-08-13330 on or before April 30, 2009 at 3:00pm EST. A copy of the amendment and all other information related to this requirement is posted at the following website under the Solicitations and Amendments heading Scientific, Engineering, Response & Analytical Services (SERAS) PR-HQ-08-13330: http://www.epa.gov/oamsrpod/ersc/SERAS/index.htm Phone calls will NOT be accepted.
