- POINT OF CONTACT FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS DEANA GALLOWAY ONLY. SIR Description: PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE RESPONDING TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. Contractor must furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services required to replace the entire roof on the Administration Wing Building at the Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Oakland, CA. Criteria: Interested Bidders are required to submit three years of past performance when responding to this announcement. Past Performance must include a list of the last five projects that were similar in size and scope to this project. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Any past performance that is NOT included with the request will not be added to the bidders list. Any responses NOT received by the closing date of this announcement will NOT be added to the bidders list. Scope of the project is to replace the existing roof of the Administration Wing Building with a new 80 mil TPO single ply mechanically fastened roofing system fully warranted by the manufacturer. Prime contractor must perform 75% of the work. Vendors must complete and submit the attached Business Declaration Form and must have active registration with CCR before contract award can be made. Contractors can register at www.ccr.gov The work will be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and contract provisions under the subject contract. Award of a firm-fixed-price contract is being contemplated to a responsible offeror who submits the responsive offer for this requirement.
