- BPA 6FSL-E4-096400-I issuing 4/20/2009, 32 NSN's (5140) All items are Set-Aside fro small business. BPA 6FLS-E4-096400-I for 5140, Tool Rolls, Bags, and Boxes issuing April 20, 2009 and closing on May 21, 2009. Please include an original form 1449 with original signature and date. This Blanket Purchase agreement (BPA) contains 32 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN’S). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 07/01/2009or date of award, through 06/30/2014 ( or 5 years from date or award). This BPA will consist of 32 miscellaneous 5140 items. ALL 32 ITEMS ARE SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. See purchase descriptions (IPS’S) /Schedule items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 40 DARO and FOB DESTINATION. This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities internet website: http://fedbizopps.gov. Please place your offer schedule that precedes the Schedule of items (descriptions).
