- Mission Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy, Directorate of Contracting, intends to issue a sole source award to Digger Hotline, Inc. 14100 W National Ave New Berlin, WI 53151-4529, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 on April 20, 2009, in an amount not greater than $2,399.40. The justification for the sole source is diggers hotline is the only known source that can meet this requirement. The requirement consists of two components: (1) on-call location of buried electrical, natural gas, water, sewer and telephone lines, and (2) duplicate message for each original message. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1).
