- MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT THE BURLINGTON FEDERAL BUILDING IN BURLINGTON, VERMONT, SSA BUILDING IN BURLINGTON, VT AND WINSTON PROUTY FEDERAL BUILDING IN ESSEX JUNCTION, VT This solicitation is for a performance-based procurement utilizing commercial item acquisition procedures for the purpose of providing Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Service at the Burlington Federal Building in Burlington, VT, the SSA Building in Burlington, VT and the Winston Prouty Federal Building in Essex Junction, VT. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard is $14.0 Million. Services provided include service and repair for all building mechanical, electrical and utility apparatus installed at the site and to all systems to be operated, maintained and/or repaired under this contract. This procurement will be a thirty-six month contract with four (4) one year options. RFP to be posted on or about May 2, 2009. A pre-proposal conference will be scheduled (TBD) which will include site visits at the buildings. Proposal due date will be on or about June 2, 2009. Period of Performance will start October 1, 2009. The solicitation will be available to download via this website only for the release of the RFP and any associated documents, e.g. amendments, notices. Register on this website to receive notification of all documents uploaded. No questions on the procurement will be entertained until the RFP is published.
