- The United States Government seeks to lease 1,707 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOASF) (previously usable) of contiguous office and related space in Knoxville, TN, within the following delineated area: North: Sherrill Lane to Executive Tower Drive South: Park W Blvd to Executive Park Dr East: Park Village Road to Rhodora Rd West: N Park 40 Blvd The lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the fifth year. The offered rental rate must be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space shall be located in an area providing attractive, prestigious, professional business surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks shall be well maintained and public transportation shall be readily available with access to major highway arteries. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before March 1, 2010. All expressions of interest must be submitted in writing by brokers/agents and must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Subleases are not acceptable. Expressions of interest should include the following information at a minimum: Building name/address; Location of space in the building and date of availability, if space is located above the first floor, floor plans must be provided showing all ingress and egress from the building; ANSI/BOMA defined office area/usable square feet (USF); Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying included services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance; Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; Site Plans.
