- NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the followingCommercial items: (4) Javad Model Delta G2T, or equal, survey grade precision GPSreceivers with the following salient specifications: L1/L2/L2C/L5 C/A and P code andcarrier phase tracking; minimum data update rate of 10 Hz; minimum 2 Gb internal datastorage; event marker capability; single 1-pulse-per-second timing pulse output; dualRS-232 serial ports; USB communication; Ethernet communication; all product uniquecabling; advanced multipath rejection; upgrade capability to include tracking the Galileoconstellation; and raw output data stream must be convertible to Government standardRINEX data format. (1) GPS survey antenna compatible with receivers including passivemultipath rejection design, such as choke ring configuration; compatible with AshtechZ-12 GPS receivers in Government's current inventory; and L1/L2/L2C/L5 capable.This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334220 and 750, respectively. The anticipated release date of RFQ NNG09290127Q is on or about May 6, 2009, with ananticipated quotation due date of on or about May 18, 2009.An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B".Prospective offerors must request a copy of the solicitation in writing (email or FAX) toStephanie B. Bailey not later than May 5, 2009. Telephone questions will not beaccepted.Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It isthe offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of thesolicitation and amendments (if any).
