- The U.S. Court of Appeals is looking to purchase "Deluxe Office Emergency Kits" in an effort to prepare ourselves in case of an emergency. Please review the enclosed requirements for the kits. You may NOT substitute or omit any of the detailed items that make up a complete kit. The quantities required of each item within each kit must also be met. Finally, the items that make up each kit should NOT ship as single items. The kits should deliver to our location packaged as sngle units. You MUST ship the kits complete. If your company is not able to comply with these requirements, it will be a forfeit of your eligibility. As the project will be FOB destination, your quote should include any and all shipping and handling charges as a separte line item.
