- THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO APRIL 23, 2009. CLOSING DATE CHANGED TO MAY 26, 2009. LTC Project RA09057010, NSN 1615-00-915-7065, Pocket Assembly, Blade. Manufacture in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, Cage 78286, P/N 65150-00014-081. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This Solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand qty of 36 each for the one base year and four one-year option periods. 120 DARO, Destination. Other than full and open, more than one source. Intended Sources Cage 78286, 5U018, SD664, SH900. Unrestricted. Government First Article testing required. Government Production Lot Sample testing required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
