- Amendment 0002 to Solicitation HSCG80-09-Q-313J68, Drydock and Repairs to USCGC STATEN ISLAND (WPB-1345). Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to provide clarification in response to a question submitted by a potential offeror in regards to the black iron Grey Water Piping to be replaced in Work Item 50 of the solicitation. It also confirms that all offerors SHALL submit their wekding certifications and qualifications with their offers, as stated on page 20 of the solicitation.
