- SERVICES, NON-PERSONAL: the 72d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase order to Q-Matic Corporation (95 Underwood Rd., Fletcher, NC, 28732), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contractor will provide all tools, labor, equipment, supplies, personnel, transportation, and materials required to perform the maintenance of Q-Matic Server, Q-Win/Q-Matic workstations, and to provide all related software upgrades and Q-Matic kiosks currently in-place at the 72d Medical Group, 72d Air Base Wing, Tinker AFB, OK. The proposed period of performance is 6 May 09-5 May 10 with four one-year option periods. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fourteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.org. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 454390 with a size standard $7,000,000 annually. See Note 22.
