- FY09 SAUGATUCK HARBOR REVETMENT REPAIRS The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is seeking potential firms that have the capability for repairs to Section C, D, E and F of the North Revetment and Sections C, D, E, F1 and F of the South Revetment at Saugatuck Harbor, Michigan. The total length of repairs to the North and South Revetments is approximately 1500' and 1360' respectively. The estimated completion time is 365 Calendar days. The estimated award date of the contract is 22 Jun 2009. The estimated cost is between $5.0 to $10.0 Million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, which has a size standard of $33.5M. This announcement is for PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. In order to determine the extent of industry interest and experience, interested contractors shall complete the attached SOURCES SOUGHT FORM. Qualified companies are encouraged to respond. The response to this notice shall be included in the SOURCES SOUGHT FORM. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this sources sought or Government use of any information provided. The Government will not pay for information or comments provided and will not recognize any costs associated with submission of comments. Companies or individuals interested in responding are invited to submit their information via e-mail only to Contracting at LRE-Quotes@usace.army.mil. All attachments must be provided in either Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat PDF Format. Please send responses by 2:00 P.M. EST at Detroit, MI on 27 April 2009. PLEASE REFERENCE "SOURCES SOUGHT: FY09 Saugatuck Harbor, North and South Revetment Repairs, MI in the subject line. Respondents will not be contacted regarding their submission or information gathered as a result of this Sources Sought notice. The formal solicitation, will be issued at a later date by 18 May 2009.
