- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR, ICOR PARTNERS, UNDER THE PRINCIPAL RESOURCES FOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT ENTERPRISE-WIDE (PRIME 3.1) BPA AGAINST GSA CONTRACT NO. GS-10F-0209N USAID intends to obligate Recovery Act funds to modify a task order for program management operations in support of the Office of the Chief Information Officer.
