- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items. 1) FLIR SC660 ExaminIR Package, Qty 1 Each; 2) ThermaCAM RTools High Speed Data Recorder (HSDR) #22646-000, Qty 1 Each; 3) 50mm InSb lens, f/2.3, Bayonet Mount Optical Interface (ASIO) #322-0005-03, Qty 1 Each.This requirement is sole sourced to: FLIR Systems, Inc. 25 Esquire Road, North Billerica, MA 01862 as the only known source to be able to provide these materials. Any firms believing that they can provide these specific materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
