- Additional information and specifications for line items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. *** This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number F3W1149092AC01. Quotes shall be submitted in English language! All offerors shall be CCR (http://www.ccr.gov) registered in accordance with the CCR requirements at FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt. A to be eligible for award. *** This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. Potential offerors are to quote for the delivery and installation of listed below Enviromental Analyzer Line Item 0001: CANON XEED SX800 Projector. Qty: 24 EA. Line Item 0002: CANON suspended ceiling mount-kit. Qty: 20 EA. Line Item 0003: Dalite Da-snap Cinemascope, Format 45" x 106," high projection screen. Qty: 10 EA. Line Item 0004: Clicktronic HDMI/DVI cable, high quality, HDMI male/DVI male, 10 m. Qty: 24 EA. Line Item 0005: Fast-Fold Screen System, Video Format overall size 63" x 84." Qty: 4 EA. Line Item 0006: Pelican Case Model #1690, transport case, interior dimensions: 30.01" x 25.02" x 15.00." Qty: 8 EA. See attachment for additional information and specifications. Only European spec (220 Volts/60 Hertz) or dual voltage items are acceptable. Quote shipping to Flugplatz Spangdahlem, Spangdahlem, Germany 54529. Offerors are authorized to quote on the items indicated above as an OR EQUAL.
