- PR 21964081 has been issued to procure a Quantity of approximately 1600 each of NSN 1615-01-131-2673, CAM, ASSY, DROOP STOP for the BLACK HAWK UH-60A HELICOPTER. Sikorsky Aircraft is the OEM, CAGE 78286, IAW DWG 70105-08151-045, Specification plans, or drawings relating to this procurement as described are available and can be furnished by the Government. An Export controlled Technical Data Package is available to certified companies. 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past perffromance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.There is a First Article Test required for any company that has not successfully manufactured this part within the last three years. The First Article will include 1 complete item. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin. This will be FOB Destination. Delivery is 236 DARO for the production items. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS athttps://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
