- *****THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING CHANGED FROM BEING ADVERTISED AS UNRESTRICTED TO BEING ADVERTISED AS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-A-SIDE ***** The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), 1968 Gilbert Street, Ste. 600, Norfolk VA 23511 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type purchase order for training support center Intrusion Detection System and Installation, annual monitoring and maintenance, QTY 1. This requirement will be awarded in accordance with FAR part 13.5 (Clinger Cohen). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, and the size standard is $11.5. The RFQ will be released on or about 21 APR 2009. The purchase request number is N002819071A120 and the Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N00189-09-T-0251. This requirement will be advertised as 100% small business Set-A-Side. By submission of a quotation, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during the performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database wil! l make an offeror ineligible for award.
