Item 0001 NSN 2840-01-499-6524PR P/N:1964M15G05 Applicable to F-110-100B Engine. This is a combined FMS and Non-FMS requirement. This is a Small Business Set-Aside effort. Delivery for Non-FMS: MIN 581/MAX 3485 beginning 30 SEP 2010. Delivery for FMS: qty 12 on or before 31 MAR 2010. Destination: Non-FMS Tinker AFB FB2039; for FMS DGR005. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 1 MAY 09. The anticipated award date will be 12 JUN 09. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Release of data to a foreign owned, controlled or influenced company is dependent on the approval of the foreign disclosure office. Technical Data Package is available on the FBO website: www.fbo.gov. Qualification Requirements:Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The government is not required to delay contract award to review pending SARS. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARS as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. These qualification requirements apply to Line Item 0001. First Article Testing is required. Award will be made to the qualified source with the lowest price and technical acceptability as detailed in the solicitation. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
