- Bay Pines VA Healthcare System anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price contract for interior/exterior plant maintenance and holiday decorating. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and supplies necessary for proper maintenance of plants for the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, Florida 33744. All information for this solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available. This solicitation is 100% set-aside to small businesses under the NAICS code 561730. All prospective bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. We anticipate issuing the solicitation on or about April 17, 2009 with a closing date on or about May 8, 2009.
