- Request For Proposal (RFP) for Performance Based - Commercial Items Procurement for Janitorial and Mechanical Maintenance Services at the United States Border Station (USBS) Jackman and USBS Coburn Gore, Maine. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this project is 561720 and the size standard is $16.5 million. The period of performance is a base period of one year with four one-year options. The RFP will be issued on or about May 4, 2009. A Pre-proposal conference is scheduled for on or about May 13, 2009, at the US Border Station Jackman, 2614 Main Street, Jackman, Maine 04945. The start date is on or about 10/01/09.
