- Request for Proposal SPM4A6-09-R-0368, Purchase Request number 0020788012, NSN 5995-01-487-1149, ADAPTER, AUDIO will be issued to established a Firm Fixed Price Contract to include a 100% Quantity Option and will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The quantity is 1050 each for the base and option quantity. Delivery for the base and quantity option is 123 days ARO. The approved source is Thales Communication, Inc., CAGE 23386, part number 3600190-1. The procurement terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance Destination with a delivery of 1050 each for the base and option quantity.
