- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Kansas Health Care System Leavenworth VAMC intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with GE Medical Systems. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with GE Medical Systems for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for a Mobile trailer mounted GE 1.5T HDXMTI, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Leavenworth VA Medical Center, 4101 4th Street., Leavenworth, KS 66048. This agreement will include a base year and four one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
