- The Amarillo Va Health Care System on behalf of VISN 18 in the Department of veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to a firm DBA "UpToDate' for point of care clinical referenancee. The material is written by an international faculity of over 2600 authors. Program material consists of the following specialities: Adult and primary care, Internal medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Endocrinology & Hepathology, Hematology, Infectious Dieases, Oncology, Pulmonary & Critical care Medicine, Nephrology & Hypertension and Rheumatology. Software also contains more then 10,000 graphics, 1000,000 medline abstracts as well as a complete drug database. A new version is released every four months or three times a year. All new and revised material is supplied at no additional cost. This requirement and it's award will be made with the availability of funds at that point.
