- Description
- The VA New England Healthcare System (VANEHCS) has a requirement for a Capitated (Per Member/Per Month) Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Littleton, NH and the surrounding counties. This requirement also includes Mental Health Services and Women's Healthcare Services. It is estimated that there is a population of approximately 2,500 Veterans in the area being served (2009 Data). The proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The requirements include but are not limited to the contractor providing primary care services for eligible Veterans Littleton, NH and the surrounding counties. The contractor will be responsible for providing health care providers, medical facilities, equipment and supplies, and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical needs of enrolled patients. Further, the contractor will be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of a resultant contract to include all employees, agents, subcontractors and any other entity acting for on behalf of the contractor. The duration of the requirement is for one year from date of award with up to four each one-year option periods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 621498. The Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is $10M. The solicitation will be issued on or around April 23, 2009. Potential offerors may obtain a copy of solicitation on-line at www.fedbizops.gov. All potential offerors are encouraged to read over the entire solicitation package including attachments before submitting questions. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Upon release of the Request for Proposal all responsible offerors are invited to submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. All interested companies must be registered in CCR (http://www.ccr.gov/) to be eligible for award of government contracts. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) must be registered in VETBIZ (http://vip.vetbiz.gov). SDVOSB's and VOSB's who meet the requirements of the solicitation are eligible for Evaluation Preference Points.
