- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Leavenworth, intends to issue a solicitation for Analysis of Intelligence Warfighting Functional Area (WFA), The Army Medical area, and The Special Operations Forces (SOF) Medical Areas. The government requires contractor support to analyze information from multiple sources, identify issues, and track resolution across the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) domains for the Intelligence Warfighting Functional Area (WFA), the Army medical area, and the Special Operations Forces (SOF) medical area. Performance includes, but is not limited to, surveying data repositories and collaborative networks; conducting analysis of AARs, CALL IIRs, TOD reports and other DOD sources to determine Army-wide problems and capability gaps across the DOTMPLF domains; responding to requests for information; developing and presenting briefings on CALL products and services, writing and preparing draft JSOM supplement and SOF Combat Casualty Care (FOUO) product based upon the JSOM supplement for CALL publication. The Government anticipates a solicitation release date on or about May 04, 2009 through Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website. A single award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated and award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that best meets the Governments requirement. All requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for contract award and proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance will consist of a one-year base period and one optional one year periods of performance. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses concerns only; under NAICS Code 541614 and who meet the small business size standard of $7 Million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available at the Government wide Point of Entry at http://www.fbo.gov/ and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Requests for printed copies of the solicitation will not be accepted.
